From vacuum formed trays and blister packaging to large machine covers, EV panels and refrigerator liners — we vacuum form thin gauge and thick gauge parts on the largest thermoforming bed in India, from sheet we extrude ourselves.
What is vacuum forming?
Vacuum forming is the most widely used thermoforming process. A thermoplastic sheet is heated until pliable, then drawn tightly onto a mould by vacuum, reproducing the tool's shape and surface. Because the tooling is single-sided and works at low pressure, vacuum forming moulds cost 10–20% of an injection mould and are ready in 2–4 weeks — which is why vacuum forming wins for large parts, low-to-medium volumes and fast-moving programmes.
