Built for validation, not just parts
Medical programmes live and die on repeatability and paperwork. We form to datum references, inspect every dimension against your CAD on an 8-gate line, and supply COA, MTC, FAIR and PPAP-level documentation so parts clear OEM validation without iteration. Because we extrude our own sheet, material lots are traceable from pellet to packed carton.
Sterile trays, enclosures and ESD handling
We form sterile procedure and kit trays that organise catheters, tubing and instruments for contamination-controlled workflows; device and diagnostic enclosures in dimensionally stable, cleanable materials; and ESD-safe trays and housings (10⁶–10⁹ Ω/sq) for electronics-bearing devices. Clear PETG and APET give the visibility sterile packaging needs; PC-FR covers powered equipment.
