Common questions
What is the difference between a blister pack and a clamshell?
A blister pack is a formed cavity sealed to a card or foil backing; a clamshell is a one-piece hinged container that folds shut around the product. Blisters suit carded retail display; clamshells suit food, produce and products that need re-closing.
Which material should my packaging use?
High-clarity APET or PETG for retail shelf appeal, RPET for recycled content, PVC where deep draw and RF sealing matter, food-grade HIPS or PLA for food service. We advise on the trade-offs with your quote.
Can you handle high-volume packaging runs?
Yes — our roll-fed thin-gauge thermoforming lines are built for continuous high-speed production, from tens of thousands to millions of packs per year, with in-house sheet supply so volume never waits on material.
