Packaging & FMCG
Packaging thermoforming
Thermoforming is the engine of modern packaging — fast, high-volume and endlessly versatile. Indu Thermoformers forms blisters, clamshells, trays, cups and barrier packs on high-speed roll-fed lines, from PET, PETG, RPET, HIPS, PP and compostable PLA sheet we extrude in-house.
Volume, clarity and food safety
Retail and food packaging demands shelf appeal, food-contact compliance and price at scale. Our thin-gauge roll-fed lines run continuously for high-volume production, and because we extrude the sheet, material never bottlenecks the line. High-clarity APET and PETG sell products on the shelf; food-grade HIPS and PP handle trays and hot-fill; PP-EVOH barrier grades extend shelf life.
Sustainable packaging, done properly
Brands under packaging-sustainability pressure have real options here: RPET with certified recycled content, PLA industrially compostable bio-packaging, and recycled ABA-core constructions with virgin food-safe skins over a recycled core. We help match the sustainability claim to the actual application — including the temperature limits that rule PLA out of hot-fill.

Frequently asked questions
Can you handle high-volume packaging production?
Yes — our thin-gauge roll-fed thermoforming lines run continuously for high-volume packaging, from tens of thousands to millions of units, with in-house sheet supply so volume never waits on material.
Do you offer recycled or compostable packaging?
Yes — recycled RPET, compostable PLA, and recycled ABA-core constructions with virgin food-safe skins. We certify recycled content and match the sustainability claim to the application.
Which material should my food packaging use?
High-clarity APET or PETG for shelf appeal, food-grade HIPS for trays and cups, PP for hot-fill and microwave, PP-EVOH for extended shelf life, and PLA for compostable ambient/chilled items.
