Indu Thermoformers manufactures vacuum formed trays in Mumbai, India — from sterile medical and pharma trays to ESD-safe electronics trays, food and ready-meal trays, and heavy-duty dunnage trays that protect components through assembly and shipping. Because we extrude our own HIPS, PET, PP and ABS sheet, every tray is formed from material tuned to its job — food-safe, static-dissipative, or built for a thousand return trips.

Common questions
What materials are vacuum formed trays made from?
Most trays are HIPS, PET/APET, PP or ABS. Food trays use FDA-compliant HIPS or PET; electronics trays use static-dissipative ESD grades; returnable dunnage uses thicker ABS or HDPE for repeated handling.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom trays?
We run everything from prototype batches to millions of trays a year. Soft tooling keeps small and medium runs economical — tell us your annual volume and we will quote the right tooling approach.
Can you match a tray to my existing product or component?
Yes — send a drawing, STEP file or a physical sample of the product the tray must hold. We design the cavity, test the fit at first-article stage and iterate the soft tool before production.
