Appliance makers need deep-drawn liners and crisp panels in materials that survive years of service — and increasingly, a local alternative to imported parts. Indu Thermoformers forms refrigerator liners, AC covers and white-goods panels in ESCR HIPS, ABS and PMMA-ABS, from sheet extruded in-house.
Liners engineered for the appliance environment
A refrigerator liner must resist the blowing agents in the insulation foam, hold its dimensions across decades of thermal cycling, and meet food-contact rules — all while coming out of one of the deepest draws in thermoforming. Our StellarEx HIPS Cool grade is compounded for exactly this ESCR requirement, and plug-assisted forming keeps walls even through full cabinet depth.
Beyond liners: the white-goods surface
We also form air-conditioner front covers, washing-machine and oven panels, and appliance fascias — crisp textures, colour-matched finishes and dimensional stability, in ABS and premium PMMA-ABS for scratch- and UV-resistant gloss. For OEMs currently importing liners or panels, we reverse-engineer and produce locally with documented quality, cutting freight and lead time.

What material are refrigerator liners made of?
Usually ESCR-grade HIPS (or ABS on premium cabinets) — engineered to resist the refrigerant blowing agents in the insulation foam. Our StellarEx HIPS Cool grade is built for this and FDA food-contact compliant.
Can you replace our imported liner supplier?
Yes — we reverse-engineer from your existing liner or CAD, match or improve the material specification, and produce locally in India with COA/MTC and PPAP-level documentation, cutting freight, duty and lead time.
Do you make other appliance panels?
Yes — AC covers, washing-machine and oven panels, and white-goods fascias in ABS and PMMA-ABS, with colour-matched, textured finishes and long-service dimensional stability.
