ESD performance you can prove

Static-dissipative parts are only useful if the resistance is real and consistent. Our ESD ABS is permanently dissipative — the performance is compounded into the polymer, not a surface coating that wears off or fails in dry air. We verify surface resistivity per batch in the 10⁶–10⁹ Ω/sq band, with conductive (10⁴–10⁶ Ω) grades where full grounding is needed.

Trays, carriers and enclosures

We form ESD component and PCB handling trays with precision cavity grids; work-in-progress dunnage and kitting trays for the assembly line; and equipment enclosures that sit near sensitive electronics, in ESD or FR grades. Cleanroom-compatible carriers are available. Datum-referenced trimming holds cavity positions for automated pick-and-place.

We extrude the sheet we form — grade, colour and thickness controlled from the pellet, with no outside vendor in the loop.

What ESD resistance range do you offer?

Static-dissipative parts in the 10⁶–10⁹ Ω/sq band as standard, with conductive (10⁴–10⁶ Ω) grades on request. Surface resistivity is verified per batch.

Is your ESD performance coating-based?

No — our ESD ABS is permanently static-dissipative, with the performance compounded into the polymer. Unlike topical antistatic coatings, it does not wear off or lose effectiveness in dry conditions.

Can ESD trays be made for automated handling?

Yes — cavity grids are datum-referenced and CNC-trimmed to hold positional accuracy for pick-and-place and automated assembly.
