Propagation runs on trays — seed trays, plug trays and hydroponic channels that survive sun, water and repeated handling at nursery volumes. Indu Thermoformers forms seedling, plug, net-pot and hydroponic trays in tough, UV-stable PP, HDPE and HIPS, with drainage and net-pot features formed straight in.
Trays that take sun, water and handling
We form UV-stable polypropylene and HDPE for trays that flex without cracking through a growing season outdoors, and economical HIPS where cost rules at high volume. Cell count, plug taper, drainage holes and net-pot apertures are formed straight into the tray, and stacking/denest features let growers handle and store them fast. Humidity-dome and channel trays are formed to match your propagation system.
Cheap at volume, and recyclable
Propagation trays are a volume game, and in-house extrusion plus soft tooling cut in weeks keep the per-tray price low. Recycled-content and ABA-core (recycled core, virgin skin) constructions are available for growers with sustainability targets, and because we extrude our own sheet we can certify the recycled percentage.
