Indu Thermoformers forms kiosk and vending enclosures, fascia panels and self-service shells in ABS, flame-retardant PC-FR, ASA and PMMA-ABS.
Housings that brand the machine and survive the public
A self-service enclosure has to look sharp, take abuse and pass electrical safety. We form impact-modified ABS for indoor kiosks, UL 94 V-0 PC-FR and FR-ABS where electrical enclosures need flame retardance, and ASA or PMMA-capped ABS for outdoor units that must hold colour in UV. Pressure forming gives crisp fascia detail, formed-in texture and cut-outs for screens, card readers and dispensers — trimmed to datum on our 5-axis CNC.
Big shells, fast tools, finished in-house
Kiosk shells are large and made in modest volumes — soft tooling cut in-house in weeks is far cheaper than steel moulds, and easy to revise as the machine evolves. Secondary work is done under one roof: 5-axis CNC apertures, EMI/RFI shielding on the back face, insulation, hardware assembly and colour matched from in-house-extruded sheet.
