Three-dimensional signs, illuminated fascia and moulded lettering are a classic vacuum-forming job — a branded shape pulled from a weatherable sheet, in colour, at a fraction of fabrication cost. Indu Thermoformers forms 3D signs, fascia panels and embossed logos in acrylic, ABS, PETG and UV-stable ASA.
Signs that hold shape, colour and light
We form acrylic and PETG for bright, translucent illuminated faces, and ASA or PMMA-capped ABS where an outdoor sign must resist UV and hold colour for years. Embossed logos, raised lettering and moulded fascia come off the tool as one clean part — no fabrication seams — and pressure forming captures sharp edges and fine brand detail. Faces can be translucent for even backlighting from LED modules.
Fast, cheap tooling for one-off to rollout
Signage is often bespoke or a modest rollout — exactly the volume where soft tooling wins. Tools are cut in-house in weeks and cheap to revise, so a brand shape moves from artwork to formed sign quickly, and multi-site rollouts stay consistent because every unit comes off the same tool and the same in-house-extruded, colour-matched sheet.

What is vacuum formed signage?
3D signs, fascia and lettering made by heating a plastic sheet and forming it over a mould of the shape — giving a seamless, dimensional, coloured sign far cheaper than fabricating one.
Which materials suit outdoor signs?
UV-stable ASA or PMMA-capped ABS for weatherability, and acrylic or PETG for bright illuminated faces. Colour is extruded into the sheet so it does not fade like paint.
