Retail displays live or die on the shelf — they need brand-sharp surfaces, product-specific cradles and a unit cost that works for a promotion. Thermoforming is the natural fit: fast, cheap tooling, large parts and formed-in colour and texture. Indu Thermoformers forms counter units, shelf trays, dump bins and product cradles in HIPS, PET, ABS and PVC.
Displays that fit the product and the promotion
We form HIPS and PET for economical, printable and clear displays, and ABS where a display needs to survive re-use and rough handling. Product-specific cradles, riser steps, header slots and hook features are formed straight into the part — so bottles, boxes or devices sit exactly where the planogram wants them. Pressure forming adds crisp edges and formed-in texture for a premium, branded feel.
Fast, cheap and low-risk for short runs
Retail programmes move quickly and in modest volumes — exactly where thermoforming beats injection moulding. Soft tooling is cut in-house in weeks and cheap to revise, so a display can go from concept to shelf fast, and design tweaks between promotions cost little. Colour is extruded into the sheet, often removing the paint step entirely.
