Plastic pallets do not rot, splinter, rust or harbour pests the way wood and steel do — and thermoforming makes lightweight nestable pallets, display pallets and pallet trays at large size and sensible cost. Indu Thermoformers forms pallets, layer trays and pallet caps in durable HDPE and PP on the largest thermoforming bed in India.
Lightweight, hygienic, and easy to store
Thermoformed HDPE and PP pallets are light to handle, wipe-clean and immune to the moisture, corrosion and ISPM-15 fumigation headaches of wood — ideal for food, pharma and export. Nestable designs collapse into a fraction of the height for the empty return leg, cutting storage and back-haul cost. Formed-in ribs and feet give load strength without the weight of injection-moulded pallets.
Big footprint is our advantage
A pallet is a large part — and large parts are what our thick-gauge lines and India-largest bed are built for. Soft tooling is cut in-house in weeks and cheap to revise for a new footprint, and HDPE offcuts are reground and re-extruded in-house, so a pallet programme stays cost-effective and recyclable end to end. We also run overflow and capacity-support production for leading pallet and material-handling brands — making the parts their own plants can't absorb.
