Cups, lids and portion containers are pure high-speed thin-gauge thermoforming — millions of clear, food-safe parts at the lowest possible cost per piece. Indu Thermoformers forms PET, RPET and PP cups, dome and flat lids and containers from food-contact sheet we extrude in-house, on multi-cavity tooling built for volume.
Clear, food-safe, made at volume
We form glass-clear APET and RPET for cold-drink cups, dessert cups and lids, and PP where hot-fill or a softer feel is needed. Rim curl, stacking rings and lid seal are designed so cups denest cleanly, stack tight for transport and lid securely. Because it is a high-cavity, high-cycle product, tooling and material efficiency decide the price — both of which we control in-house.
In-house sheet, in-house loop
Extruding our own sheet lets us match gauge, clarity and recycled content to the part, and regrind skeletal scrap straight back into sheet — cutting cost and footprint on a product where margins are thin. Recycled-content (RPET) and bio-based (PLA) options are available for brands with sustainability targets.

Frequently asked questions
What plastic are thermoformed cups made from?
Clear APET or RPET for cold cups and lids, and PP for hot-fill or a softer feel. PLA is available where a compostable, bio-based cup is required.
Can you supply matching lids for our cups?
Yes — dome or flat lids designed to seal and stack with the cup, proven on first-article samples for denest and fit.
Do you offer recycled or compostable cups?
Yes — RPET with certified recycled content and bio-based PLA, both extruded or sourced in-house so the material claim is traceable.
What about India's single-use plastic rules?
India restricts certain single-use plastic cups and cutlery. We supply compliant compostable PLA cups and lids, recycled RPET and reusable formats, and export orders to markets without those restrictions.
What volumes do you run?
