Thermoforming in Scandinavia
Thermoforming for Scandinavia
Scandinavia — Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland — pairs strong rail, medical and cleantech industries with high sustainability expectations. Indu Thermoformers supplies Nordic customers from India, with recycled-content sheet options, rail-fire grades and EU-based support through Indu Thermoformers Europe.
Sustainability built into the sheet
Because we extrude our own sheet, we supply recycled-content (RPET) and ABA-core constructions with a certified recycled percentage, and reground skeletal scrap goes straight back into sheet — matching the circular-materials expectations of Nordic buyers. Bio-based PLA is available where compostability is specified.
Rail, medical and cleantech grades
We form EN 45545 HL3 rail-fire and UL 94 V-0 grades for Scandinavia’s strong rail and transit sector, glass-clear medical grades for its device makers, and tough structural parts for cleantech and EV programmes — with EU sales support and full export documentation.
What we supply to Nordic customers
Why Indu for Scandinavian thermoforming programmes
In-house sheet extrusion
We extrude the sheet we form — grade, colour and thickness controlled from the pellet, so cost and lead time stay in our hands, not a vendor’s.
Largest bed in India
Thin- and thick-gauge lines, including the largest thermoforming bed in the country — large parts other suppliers simply cannot form in one piece.
Export-ready documentation
COA, MTC, FAIR and PPAP-level packs, sea-worthy export packing on ISPM-15 pallets, and the compliance paperwork your customs and receiving teams need.
